  • Allows matching of the requirements of the MIBBI checklists relevant to a particular workflow, and the tying in of a specific set of ontology terms selected from OBO ontologies for real time use via the Ontology Lookup Service and BioPortal public portals.
  • The xml configuration files generated are then uploaded in
    • the ISAcreator, which automatically generates the corresponding interface fields
    • in the ISAvalidator, prior validation of any ISA-Tab formatted file
    • in the ISAconverter, as this component includes the ISAvalidator
    • BII manager tool, also including the ISAvalidator component
